The Trudner Horn cycling paradise
The Trudner Horn Nature Park is a select mountainbiking region, with 900 km of biking trails. The posted routes are open from April till October and offer both families and experienced bikers an unforgettable experience.
Thanks to the convenient network including such neighboring areas as the Rose Garden, the Latemar, the Fleims/Fiemme Valley (Trentino), and the mountainbike region of Dolomiti Lagorai Bike, beginners, families, and extreme bikers are all guaranteed an unparalleled experience.
Climbing facility
Where mind and muscle meet mountain – South Tyrol was and is one of the most-important goals for climbers. Many great alpine mountain-climbing expeditions that have gone down in annals of history grappled with the shear walls of South Tyrol’s cliffs. Famous mountaineers tested their mettle in the alpine world of South Tyrol.
The small village of Mühlen near Truden, at an altitude of 877 meters above sea-level, offers guests a breathtaking natural landscape in the heart of the Trudner Horn Nature Park and one of the most-popular climbing facilities in South Tyrol. The wall is inclined and vertical; the cliff consists of limestone.
