Our rooms are furnished with shower / WC, balcony, telephone, satellite LCD t.v., room safe, Wifi, and hot-air hair dryer. The pleasant design contributes to the restful atmosphere.

General Terms and Conditions
Arrival and departure:
The vacation apartments are ready for you beginning at 2:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival. We request that you vacate your rooms by 10:00 a.m.
Booking & Cancellation:
Please note: Upon making the required advance payment for confirmation and receiving the booking confirmation, your booking will be binding. The advance payment is non refundable (e.g., in the event of cancellation). Additionally, the following cancellation conditions apply in accordance with Article 1382 of the Civil Law Book.
In accordance with the Italian Consumer Protection Code, you have no right of cancellation. Nevertheless, we grant you a right of cancellation according to Article 1382 of the Civil Law Book: Up to three months prior to your scheduled arrival, you can cancel without penalty. You will forfeit only the advance payment.
- Within 7 days of the booked arrival date we charge 100% of the total amount.
- In the case of late arrival or early departure the respective days are also charged at 100% of the daily price.
- Up to 8 days prior to the booked arrival date we charge 70% of the total amount.
- Up to 15 days prior to the booked arrival date we charge 30% of the total amount
- Up to 30 days prior to the agreed arrival date no charge is made.
Travel Cancellation Insurance:
We recommend that, when booking your stay, you simultaneously conclude a Travel Cancellation Insurance policy. Such a policy can cover the cancellation fees, thus allowing you to look forward to your holiday without worry.
