Hike to Cisloner Alm
From the saddle at the upper village entrance of Truden, the forest road (no. 2) branches off from the main road. Through a mixed forest of fir and spruce, the easy and simple hiking path leads to the Cisloner Alm. There, you can of course enjoy a delicious treat.

Truden’s Legend Trail
Children and teachers from the local primary school gathered local legends into texts, created artworks, and with skill and imagination, they designed the Legend Trail. It is about 2 km long, not very challenging, and especially suitable for families.

Hike to Krabes Alm
Moderate hike.
From Truden, the trail starts on a path (no. 5) to Peraschupf. It continues to the moor and to the Krabesalm, which is open in summer. From there, a trail leads slightly downhill (no. 9) to the Ziss saddle. Afterward, you return to Truden on the E5 trail.

From Truden to Schwarzensee
The hike starts on the European Long Distance Trail E5, through a mixed conifer forest, ascending a forest road until reaching the Horn Alm. From there, continue on the E5 to Schwarzensee, which is ideal for use as a Kneipp facility.

European Long Distance Trail E5
The European Long Distance Trail E5 passes through Truden. Hikers are warmly welcome here. In our beautiful double rooms with private bathrooms, and with a 3-course dinner in the evening, you can truly relax after a long day of hiking.
